	BAYVIEW TOWNHOMES : 2 Bedroom Townhome living. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story townhomes. Just updated and remodeled. Nicest in town. Many units feature new porcelain tile, carpet, appliances, washer and dryer. Bay view, very close to the water, and bordering a city park. Bayview Townhomes are an ideal corporate housing solution. Perfect for professionals, educators, retirees, or small family. We will gladly furnish to suit your needs. No pets, No smoking.
	THE OASIS : Fully furnished, 3,200 sq. ft. historic building converted to open space living concept with room for up to 10. Downtown. Beautiful stone, tile, marble throughout. Giant kitchen and plenty of room to relax. Walk out back door to the historic Palacios pavilion, parks,  and the seawall...one block from water. Close to the newly renovated Palacios Museum housed in the historic Hill building.

Bay View Townhomes and the Casa Verde are available completely furnished or unfurnished. Bills paid or you pay bills. Oasis is completely furnished and can sleep up to 10.

All three properties can feature: Washer/Dryer, Cable, Linens, High Speed Wireless Internet, Cookware, Dishes, Microwave, Board games, Bicycles, .... If there is something you need to make your stay more enjoyable or productive, we will try our very best to provide it for you.
